What is Krev?
Krev is an AI employee platform for e-commerce growth. Scout researches your market, Luna creates product creative, Kai works on performance marketing, and Chloe helps with social content.
What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is a role-based assistant inside Krev. Each one has a specific job, works with your business context, and helps complete repeatable work without needing you to start from scratch every time.
What types of content can Krev generate?
Krev can generate standard and 4K product photos, lifestyle scenes, virtual try-on shots, short video ads, ad variants, captions, and campaign or social drafts based on your products and brand context.
Which AI employees are included?
Starter includes Scout and Luna. Pro, Scale, and Scale Max include all AI employees: Scout for research, Luna for creative, Kai for performance marketing, and Chloe for social content.
What is Brand DNA?
Brand DNA gives your AI employees brand context. When you add your website, Krev extracts your colors, fonts, logo, and visual style so generated work stays closer to your brand without manual setup.
What are Studios?
Studios are curated visual presets Luna can use for product creative. Choose from 20+ styles like COS Clean, Jacquemus Provence, or Neon Tokyo to give new assets a consistent look.
What's included in the Ad Library?
Our Ad Library contains over 1 million ads across industries. Starter, Pro, Scale, and Scale Max include unlimited access. Each ad is analyzed for visual quality, copy effectiveness, and engagement signals.
What file formats do you support?
We support all major image formats including PNG, JPG, and WebP. For videos, we export in MP4 format optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Pricing & Credits
How do credits work?
Credits are the shared budget your AI employees use when they create assets or run paid work in the background. Standard images cost 40 credits, 4K images cost 80 credits, 4K upscales cost 40 credits, and video pricing scales at about 80 credits per second. Background task triggers cost 50 credits plus normal generation credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
How much does Krev cost?
Krev offers four paid plans: Starter ($39/mo or $29/mo yearly, 4,000 credits), Pro ($99/mo or $79/mo yearly, 8,000 credits), Scale ($199/mo or $159/mo yearly, 16,000 credits), and Scale Max ($399/mo or $319/mo yearly, 32,000 credits). Enterprise pricing is available for custom needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Your first paid subscription includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. The 7 days start on the day that subscription begins, and the guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. It does not apply to renewals, credit packs, or later subscriptions.
Do you offer refunds?
After the first-subscription guarantee window, we do not offer refunds for renewals, partial billing periods, credit packs, unused credits, or plan changes. If we make a billing mistake, contact us and we'll fix it.
Do you offer credit packs?
Yes. Active subscribers can buy one-time credit packs when they need extra headroom without changing plans. Pack credits are used after your normal subscription credits and do not expire while your subscription stays active.
Can I get credits back for results I'm not happy with?
We can't refund credits for individual generations. As with a creative shoot, AI generation has some natural variation, and it may take a few attempts to land the right result. That is expected behavior, and we're continuously improving quality and consistency. If a generation fails because of a technical issue or does not complete, credits are restored where our system can detect it.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack. Credit packs are available to active subscribers and are used after your normal subscription credits.
Features
How do background tasks work?
Background tasks let your AI employee run generations autonomously. Each task trigger costs 50 credits, plus normal generation credits for any images or videos produced. Available on Pro, Scale, and Scale Max plans.
Is Krev suitable for Amazon product listings?
Yes. Krev can generate white background images, lifestyle shots, and infographic-style images that meet Amazon's product photo requirements. Many sellers use Krev for their Amazon FBA product listings.
Can AI employees replace human employees?
No. Krev's AI employees support your team by taking on repeatable research, creative, setup, and drafting work. You still guide the work, approve outputs, and decide what ships.
Integrations
What connectors do you offer?
On Pro, Scale, and Scale Max, Krev currently connects to Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, and TikTok profiles for ad and social workflows. Shopify, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Ads are shown in the app as coming soon. You can still upload products manually or import them from your website.
How do I add products without a connector?
You can upload products manually or start from your website. Your AI employees can still use product images, descriptions, Brand DNA, and any context you provide.
Do you offer API access?
Yes, API access is available on Scale and Scale Max plans. For custom integrations or high-volume needs, contact our sales team.
Legal & Usage
Can I use the generated content commercially?
Yes, all paid plans include full commercial usage rights. You own the content you create and can use it for any business purpose including advertising, product listings, and marketing materials.
