What is Brand DNA?
Brand DNA is our intelligent brand analysis system. When you add your website, we automatically extract your colors, fonts, logo, and visual style. This ensures every generation stays 100% on-brand without manual setup. Available on Starter plans and above.
What are Studios?
Studios are curated aesthetic presets that give your products a consistent look. Choose from 20+ styles like COS Clean, Jacquemus Provence, or Neon Tokyo to instantly place your products in beautiful, on-brand environments.
What's included in the Ad Library?
Our Ad Library contains over 1 million proven winning ads across industries. Starter, Pro, Scale, and Scale Max include unlimited access. Each ad is analyzed and scored for visual quality, copy effectiveness, and engagement potential.
What file formats do you support?
We support all major image formats including PNG, JPG, and WebP. For videos, we export in MP4 format optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Pricing & Credits
How do credits work?
Krev uses a unified credit system. Standard images cost 40 credits, 4K images cost 80 credits, 4K upscales cost 40 credits, 5-second videos cost 125-200 credits depending on audio, and 10-second videos cost 250-400 credits depending on audio. Background tasks cost 50 credits per trigger plus normal generation credits. Your credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
How much does Krev cost?
Krev offers four paid plans: Starter ($39/mo or $29/mo yearly, 4,000 credits), Pro ($79/mo or $59/mo yearly, 8,000 credits), Scale ($149/mo or $119/mo yearly, 16,000 credits), and Scale Max ($299/mo or $239/mo yearly, 32,000 credits). Enterprise pricing is available for custom needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll need to wait until your next billing cycle when credits reset, or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits. Consider upgrading if you consistently need more than your plan provides.
Features
How do background tasks work?
Background tasks let your AI agent run generations autonomously. Each task trigger costs 50 credits, plus normal generation credits for any images or videos produced. Available on all paid plans.
Is Krev suitable for Amazon product listings?
Yes. Krev can generate white background images, lifestyle shots, and infographic-style images that meet Amazon's product photo requirements. Many sellers use Krev for their Amazon FBA product listings.
Integrations
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Yes, Krev integrates directly with Shopify. Simply connect your store with one click to automatically import your product catalog, including images, descriptions, and pricing. Products sync in real-time when you make updates.
Do you support other e-commerce platforms?
Currently, Krev integrates with Shopify. Support for additional platforms including WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Amazon is planned. You can always upload products manually.
Do you offer API access?
Yes, API access is available on Scale and Scale Max plans. For custom integrations or high-volume needs, contact our sales team.
Legal & Usage
Can I use the generated content commercially?
Yes, all paid plans include full commercial usage rights. You own the content you create and can use it for any business purpose including advertising, product listings, and marketing materials.
