How to Request Deletion

Email contact@krev.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the account email tied to your Krev workspace plus any relevant connected platform details, such as your Shopify store domain, Meta business ID, Page ID, or ad account ID.

If your request relates to a connected Meta app or Facebook Login integration, you can also remove Krev from your Facebook or Instagram connected apps settings. Removing the app stops future access, but it does not by itself delete data we already stored, so you should still contact us if you want stored data deleted.

What We Delete

• Stored Shopify or Meta integration credentials that are no longer needed
• Connected platform metadata and synced records that are only retained to provide the integration
• Generated workspace content or connected account data that you specifically ask us to remove, unless we must retain limited records for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, or to enforce our agreements. Where retention is required, we will limit further use of that data to those purposes.

Timing

We aim to review verified deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days where reasonably possible, subject to technical and legal constraints.

Merchants and Business Customers

If we process platform or customer data on behalf of a merchant, brand, or other business customer, that customer may need to submit or approve the request before we can act on it. In some cases, the underlying data also needs to be deleted directly in Shopify, Meta, or another connected platform.
